		<description>The five horses of the ecological crisis: Given that we are already in overshoot I feel you would be &#039;on the money&#039; if you were in your book to paint a picture of some form of collapse and reconfiguration of civilisation writ large. Civ is a disequilibria complex system whose energy supply (fossil fuel and food) is being removed. When that happens to a complex system it destabilises, goes into turbulence (current events) and then fragments into chaos-like patterns. Civ is a wholly unsustainable consumption-based form of human organisation whose time is over in this ecological age.</description>
